ACT OF MOON Return policyWe do not accept returns or exchanges due to the very delicate nature of our products, especially botanicals and herbs. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please notify us immediately, so we can work on resolving the issue. Send us a note to [email protected]Shipping costs are non-refundable.At Act of Moon we researched and sourced best sustainable materials available and we are happy to share them with you. Our White Sage, Juniper and Cedar bundles are sustainably grown and come from private lands in Southern California.Note: Some botanical bundles, like Juniper, have a very fragile nature once dried, therefore it will be wrapped in wrapping tissue paper for preservation. Once received, unwrap the bundle and use it as described in the instructions letter.
